All treatments are on a one-on-one basis and aim to find the cause of your pain with the focus of preventing any recurrence. We use a range of ‘hands-on’ techniques including soft tissue massage, myofascial releases, muscle energy, thoracic-ring corrections (Linda Joy Lee), joint mobilisation, dry needling and stretching and developing individualised exercise programs to suit your needs.
Our therapists work closely with a network of GP’s and Imaging centres. They have an excellent rapport with sports physicians and orthopaedic surgeons. They take pride in referring complex cases to the appropriate practitioners and are highly respected in the health professional community.
We are open extended hours to make it easier for you to get the treatment you need without interruption to work, sport or family schedules. You don’t need a GP referral to see us. If you have sought us out on your own, you only need to make an appointment.

Charlie is the physio I recommend, one of the best. He looks after patients I have done keyhole and complex spinal operations for and works with me to achieve the best outcomes. His focus is return to function and independence. Charlie, like me, also has a sports focus and we have looked after many athletes and professional sports people together.
